Winner and family (up to 4) will be taken out to dinner downtown by the Mayor followed by a behind-the-scenes tour of City Hall. Immediately following the tour, the winner will help "open" a televised City Council meeting (15-30 minutes). Also included will be a gift bag with Pleasant Hill memorabilia.
