Chateau Souvrain Chardonnay: Rich gold in color, the 2005 Winemaker's Reserve Chardonnay offers fresh aromas of honeycomb, mango, dried apricot and hazelnut. On the palate, refined flavors of crisp pear, vanilla bean, spiced caramel apple and lively acidity are rounded by ample texture, dimension and gorgeous viscosity. The wine has a full-bodied, creamy finish.

Eventide Cellar Cabernet Sauvignon:  An inky black wine edged with deep red. Nose: An upfront nose showing concentrate black and red fruit, very inviting. Palate: Rich chunky fruit which moves seamlessly to the lingering finish. A full bodied wine which shows luscious, velvety tannins with a well balanced acidity. General comments: Fruitiness and good balance make this an attractive wine with good potential.
