Lotus Studios (1) Month of lessons with Uniform & Shirt for an ADULT or a CHILD.

The goal of the studio is not to turn out punching and kicking machines, but to turn out people who have a better understanding of themselves through the arts. The studio teaches how to avoid confrontation without the use of force. Over time students build self-confidence, discipline and respect and learn to apply these attributes outside the studio. Whether a youth or an adult, the studio's mission is to teach students to focus and in some way feel better about themselves; whether through stretching, interacting with other people or through self defense.
