The airline used will be determined by the best routing for your geographic location. A 7 or 14 day advance airline reservation is required. If United is used, a Saturday night stay is required and the following blackout dates apply: Thursday before Easter through Sunday following Easter; Tuesday before Thanksgiving through Sunday following Thanksgiving; Dec 20-25, Dec 30-Jan 3.
