Description
Kids Dancing with Kay uses movement to create a sense of joy.
- Music, creative dramatics and environmental objects are used with movement, like dance, gymnastics and basic ballet steps to promote the integration of all the senses.
- Join the current class of 3-5 year olds. Classes meet in the Terrace Room of 43rd Street Kids from 11:15-12:00 on Saturday mornings through June 16.
Special Instructions
Kay Wylie-Jacob is an artist/educator with a Ph.D. in Performance Studies from New York University. Her background in performance includes work with Twyla Tharp and ten years as Artistic Director of the Big Apple Dance Theatre. She is currently a Teaching Artist and Consultant for the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation.
