One (1) one-hour African Dance Lesson with Maud Arnold
- Great for all ages, Columbia graduate Maud Arnold is an experienced instructor based out of New York City and offers a wonderful and fun learning experience to kids and adults alike.
- Maud co-hosts a Tap Jam every Tuesday night at Fazil's Dance Studio in Manhattan.
- A powerful tap dancer with a feminine touch, Maud also leaves a lasting impression as a leader and outspoken advocate for cultural exchange.
MORE ABOUT MAUD:
- After spending a summer in Brazil communicating through the language of dance, Maud, a native Washingtonian, moved to Los Angeles at 17 with a scholarship from The Debbie Allen Dance Academy to study worldwide dance forms with master teachers.
- She became an official substitute teacher for both African and Tap classes.
- In 2004 she was invited to teach during the 2nd Annual L.A. TapFest, and will be featured again as a faculty member for L.A.TapFest '05.
- A rising senior studying film at Columbia University, Maud is pioneering new Tap experiences for the New York tap community.
