The package includes a private fitness consultation, a personal training gift certificate and an embroidered Fitness Motivation 'Ringer' T-shirt. Start a safe and effective plan to help you reach your fitness goals. After a private fitness consultation, a customized exercise program will be written that will take into account the fitness goals, exercise experience and any medical restrictions the recipient may have. The gift certificate can then be used to purchase personal training sessions with Fitness Motivation. All training will take place at Lifetime Fitness Gym, 2200 Penfield Rd., in Penfield. The high bidder is asked to please call to schedule appointments at mutually agreed upon times. In very rare cases, any medical restrictions which Fitness Motivation cannot clear through the recipient's physician will prevent recipient from using the certificate. Certificate is upgradeable for the purchase, at additional cost, any of the fitness packages offered by Fitness Motivation. Certificate is transferable but not redeemable for cash.
