Garth Fagan Dance offers a certificate for a Dance Class for children aged 3-7 years old. Give your child the opportunity to discover the world of dance under the direction of a current or former member of Garth Fagan Dance! The Creative Movement Class, 'Imaginations' is designed to introduce children aged 3-4 to the world of dance. The goal is to familiarize the student with the flow of a dance class and help him/her develop discipline, not to teach technique or choreography. Students must be able to take direction from the teachers without parents or guardians being physically present in the studio. If the instructor feels the child may not be ready to take direction or participate in the class, Garth Fagan Dance reserves the right to ask the parent/guardian to have their child try the class the following semester. Students should wear footless tights and leotard or form-fitting attire. No loose or oversized garments; no shoes or socks. The 3-4 Year Old Class meets Saturdays 9:15am to 10am. The 5-7 Year Old Class meets Saturdays 10am to 11am. Dates for the next semester can be viewed on the website. The high bidder is asked to please call 585.454.3260 to make arrangements.
