The winner of this item will receive the following:
     * 1-Quart of homemade Espresso BBQ sauce
     * 1-Quart of homemade Honey-Guava BBQ sauce

Both sauces are made from scratch using only organic ingredients.  I recommend the Espresso sauce for beef, lamb or pork.  The Honey-Guava sauce is very sweet and best on ribs or chicken.  (Both sauces are also very good on gator, yak and emu)

No preservatives are used, so each sauce will keep for up to one week in the fridge.  I am happy to make the sauces at a later date (and separately), with a couple of days notice.  Both sauces must be redeemed before 7/1/2008.

Recipes will NOT be provided.  ;)
