Spend an unforgettable week in a beautiful lakeside, ocean view, golf course villa in Cabo San Jose, Mexico (near Cabo San Lucas). This gorgeous private villa comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 people, featuring 3 master suites plus a pullout queen size bed. The villa has 3 ½ bathrooms, a full kitchen, and an extensive outdoor patio overlooking your private spa, infinity edge pool, golf course fairway, a beautiful five acre lake, and distant view of the Sea of Cortez. The resort area is close to the quaint town of Cabo San Jose, and activities are abundant. Both the town and ocean are within a 20 minute walk.

Residents at the villa can play on the Mayan Grand Resort Course which the villa overlooks for approximately $50 per round. Five other golf courses are within 15 minuets. Three courses were designed y Jake Nicklaus, and one by Robert Trent Jones. These other courses feature spectacular ocean and mountain holes.

The villa is ideal for three couples. Swimming, deep sea fishing, golf, horseback riding, ATV and January through March is whale watching season. The villa is available on a variety of dates up to 1 year out from this auction. Adults over 25 years of age, accompanying children. No pets, no smoking.

Rental restricted to adults 25 years and older and accompanying children. Winner will have 30 days to select a date after the close of the auction. A reservation date will have to be agreed upon between the auction winner and the donor.
