The airline used will be determined by the best routing for your geographic location. A 7 or 14 day advance airline reservation is required. Airport taxes and fees are the responsibility of the passenger. Flights may not be upgraded with miles. If United is used, a Saturday night stay is required and the following 2008 blackout dates apply: Jan 1-3, Mar 20-24, Nov 25-30, Dec 20-25, Dec 30-Jan 3.
