The name itself refers to the outdoor flower markets of Provence, a theme reflected in both the menu and wine list. The cuisine is based on the seasons: the produce is locally farmed at the peak of ripeness, the seafood is all wild and fresh, and their meats are free-range. The selections are comprised of only the freshest seasonal ingredients available. The Late Spring Menu reflects the local harvest with beets, asparagus, wild salmon, Meyer lemons, peas, lavender, and blackberries.
