Chef Mark Kiffin, James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef of the Southwest 2005, will create an unforgettable three-course meal for 12 guests in The Garden Room at The Compound Restaurant. Chef Kiffin (father to Phoebe in Grandes) will work with the winning bidder to create a special dinner menu for the evening. Wine Pairings generously provided by Southwestern Wines and Spirits.
