Description

This autographed bat is part of David Ross's actual game stock.

David Ross is currently a catcher with the Cincinnati Reds. He played college ball at Auburn University but transferred to the University of Florida. He's one of a very few players to play in the College World Series with two different schools.

In 1998, David was selected in the 7th round of the amateur draft by the Dodgers. He made his major league debut on June 28, 2002. He was with the Dodgers until 2004 and split time between the Padres and Pirates in 2005. In 2006 he was signed as a free agent with the Reds and was used as the personal catcher for Bronson Arroyo. Ross became the Reds number one catcher in January 2006.
