The Louvre is undoubtfully one of the most famous museums in the world with an absolutely amazing collection of art work.  Since its public opening as an art museum in the late 18th century, visitors have flocked to marvel at its masterworks.  Spend a leisurely morning admiring and discussing some of this institution's artistic highlights such as Winged Victory, The Venus de Milo and the Mona Lisa without having to travel to Paris.
