Berkeley Horticultural Nursery is a small family owned retail nursery, located at 1310 McGee Avenue in Berkeley, CA. We have been in business since 1922. Situated on just under two acres in Sunset Zone 17, we experience cool summers and mild winters. Our primary goals are to offer top-quality plants of all types to the public, to collect and disseminate information on anything garden-related, and to provide a pleasant atmosphere in which to browse through an array of horticultural products & accessories. We can provide delivery for much of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Our plant specialties are too many to list here, but a few of our notable departments are CA Natives, Mediterranean plants, Roses, Camellias, Rhododendrons, Tropicals, Cacti, Bulbs, Fruit Trees, and Organic Vegetables. We encourage a sustainable organic approach to gardening; in fact we'd like to see more people get connected to their green roots.
