FULLPOWER is the adult section of KIDPOWER TEENPOWER FULLPOWER International, a nonprofit organization that teaches personal safety skills to people of all ages and abilities. In a safe and supportive environment, Full Force Self Defense gives students the opportunity to practice physical self-defense techniques on a head-to-toe padded instructor. In this introductory three and a half hour workshop, students learn and practice how to de-escalate a threatening verbal assault as well as how to fight off a potential attacker.
