This one month membership includes two complimentary fitness assessments, which includes instruction with one of our certified personal trainers, where we provide you with an exercise program on our cardiovascular and strength training equipment.  Group exercise classes such as Group Power, Yoga, Pilates Mat, Awesome Intervals, Core Fusion, Cardio Kickboxing, Cycling and many more are also included in your membership.

After your workout, relax in our well-appointed dressing rooms with locker service, towels, full amenities, steam, sauna and a member lounge with TV and telephone.
