A southwestern delight dinner party for 8 hosted by Gaines and Beth McFadden. This delicious menu includes Yucatan chicken skewers with peanut red chile BBQ sauce, red bean, chickpea and romaine chopped salad, black pepper crusted beef fillets with ancho-red pepper sauce and toasted goat cheese, fresh hominy grits, lemon asparagus, espresso-cinnamon-hazelnut ice cream with sugar cookies along with fine wines and Kona coffee. Yummmm!
