These commuter camps are designed to develop proper hurdle, pole vault & throwing techniques, and training by utilizing the latest coaching methods, training drills and techniques. Each camper will receive individualized instruction designed to meet their specific needs and capabilities. These camps are excellent for those just starting their careers, as well as for those who wish to take their abilities to a higher level.
