This auction includes the initial consultation with the attorneys as well as the completed estate plan for the auction winner. (Note: If the winner is a married individual, this auction will include a plan for the spouse as well.)
Our estate plans often times include revocable "living" trusts, pour-over wills, living wills, and powers of attorney for healthcare and property.* A comprehensive plan of this nature may require over 20 hours of an attorney's time, which can otherwise add up quickly!
*If a business entity or marital planning is involved, the products and recommendations may be more complex, and we will advise you of such.

Please note that OUR LAW FIRM IS LOCATED IN CHICAGO. Most of our work can be (and often times is) conducted over the phone, via e-mail, and through regular mail. If an in-person meeting is preferred, the auction winner may schedule an appointment with us at our Michigan Avenue office.
