If you love golf and the perfect weather we usually have in Florida, you will love this charming one bedroom, one/and half bath condo surrounded by golf courses and lakes. The complex has a rich and varied social life, four clubhouses and luxury pools and a pro-shop for you.  The beach is not far if you want fishing or sunbathing.  We are located minutes from the Florida Turnpike and I-95. There are theaters in the area and other cultural events.

The apartment is a complete with a King sized bed and two TV’s (one is 34 inch and the other is 27), nice kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. You have a cozy screened porch to sit on in the evenings, when you aren't out and about.

No pets are allowed, and there is no smoking inside.
