If you saw the menu on Monday, it might not be the same on  Tuesday.  All of the produce is flown in from Italy, and the menu changes as it comes in.  You might want to think of the theme as "Spanish tapas,"  with great wine, because it's all small plates.  The best thing to do here is to hand the menu back to the server, and ask if Raffael, the head chef, will cook what he thinks is best for you.  And he will.  Then he'll come over to the table, say hello, stare at you with his big dark eyes, and you won't want to leave.
