Retired PHS Headmaster Dick Hibschman and his wife Cinda have assembled a wonderful six-bottle collection including two bottles each of: 2004 Sbragia Zinfandel, Dry Creek, "ripe, yet supple and focused, with black cherry, spice and smoke aromas" (WS 89), 2004 Chester Kidder, a Bordeaux style red from Washington with "sweet, savory fruit (that) carries through into the lengthy finish" (RP 93), and 2006 Black Bart's Bride, "floral, spicy and herbal" (WS 88). Classic Cup Cafe's Executive Chef, Michael Turner, and Sommelier, Stephen Molloy, assisted the Hibschmans with their selections.
