This wine is from a beautiful historic town - Shaoxing, in southern China. It was aged for eight years in a wooden barrel. It is best served warm (warmed in warm water, not in a microwave), and goes well with any Chinese style food, or appetizer (like fried fava beans). It was brought back directly from Shaoxing in 2006.
