Chez Mimi is a near perfect evocation of a French country "auberge."  Named for chef and owner, Micheline Hebert, whose nickname is "Mimi," the restaurant is considered one fo the loveliest and most romantic places in town.  The cuisine matches the decor: rustic French with bouillabaisse, roast leg of lamb, and cassoulet among the best....
