Can you imagine the expression on your guests faces when they find out you made the wine? Grape Expectations is an on-premise wine making experience. We start by teaching how to make wine from juice concentrates purchased from wineries around the world; California, France, Italy and Australia. Owners David and Denise provide all the equipment, supplies and information you need to make great tasting wine and have hours of fun doing it. Our on-premise facility provides temperature, humidity and light controlled space for primary fermenting, secondary fermenting and bulk aging. Bottling of the finished wine is completed with Italian corkers. Labels and shrink caps are also available. We have a newly remodeled facility to provide lots of enjoyment for all of our customers. The hobby of wine making provides financial savings and superior quality wine when compared to 98% of the wine available in the marketplace. All you need to contribute is time, patience and willingness to have fun!
