A Short History
Inner Fire Yoga Center for Wellness opened its doors on Oct. 14, 2002. It originally opened as Bikram Yoga Madison and changed its name in April 2007 to reflect its widening community of yogis who practice a variety of yoga styles including Bikram Yoga, Flow Yoga, Hot Yoga and Yin Yoga. Since opening, our doors have not closed a single day. To date, more than 8,000 yoga students have taken at least one class at our studio. Our yoga community continues to flourish and grow.
