Sterling silver, 3.85ctw oval garnet with 1.70ctw oval opal ring. This ring measures 1/2 inch knuckle to knuckle and is not sizeable. We estimate it to be a size 7. New, unworn, still in original box. (This is a revised description based on additional information provided by the donor.)
