This great Jonathan Tishbi Special Reserve Vintage 2003, is a full bodied dry white wine, made entirely from chardonnay grapes grown in the Gush Ezion vineyards in Israel and harvested by hand.  This chardonnay carries the exotic aromas of apricot, melon and peaches. The wine undergoes a slow fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steal vats and oak casks, to impart a rich bouquet of vanilla, caramel and honey.  Kosher for Passover.  This fine bottle of wine makes a perfect gift.
