This lot offers one seat to the United States Sommelier Association's Four Week Introduction to Wine Course starting February 25, 2008, July 7, 2008 or February 2009 at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Miramar, Florida. 

This course prepares the student to learn the basics of how wine is made, essentials of sensory evaluation, varietal recognition, basic geography of major regions, and wine and food comparisons.  Recommended for the novice.
