Although it has been years since Schrager last cooked a meal at home, he promises that his years at the Culinary Institute of America in the late 70's and his internship at New York City's Premier Caterer to the Star's, Glorious Food, was not for naught! Lee has asked a few of his personal favorite Miami based chefs to join him in his kitchen for this dinner of a lifetime. Michelle Bernstein of Michy's; Michael's Genuine Food & Drink pastry chef, Hedy Goldsmith; Allen Susser of Chef Allen's; Azul chef, Clay Conley; Andrew Rothschild, chef at Michael Mina's Bourbon Steak and Michael D'Andrea from Macaluso's have already agreed to be part of this extraordinary evening.
