10 Guests will be treated to a special Kobe Club Tasting menu.
Start off the night with Kobe Club's specialty PINK punch while enjoying an amuse of Kobe Hot Dog in puff pastry. Share a parade of appetizers including American Kobe Beef Cheek Ravioli, Kobe Short Ribs with Seared Scallops, and a selection of chilled seafood (to include a seasonal selection of Oysters, Shrimp, Lobster and King Crab).
Taste the difference between all "Kobe" Wagyu beef Sirloin and Tenderloin cuts, from Japan, Australia, and America, plus compare them with the best American Prime beef available, accompanied by Parmesan and Truffle Fries, Sake Truffle Creamed Corn, Hash Brown Potatoes with Lobster and Chorizo, Creamed Spinach, and your choice from an array of sauces.
Dinner will be accompanied by a selection of Wines from Southern Wine & Spirits.
