Special Instructions
Auction item consists of a certificate valued at a maximum of $22,435 towards the 2-year lease or purchase of a 2008 Cadillac CTS vehicle. Buyer/bidder is responsible for all other costs and expenses related to acceptance and use including tax, title, insurance, license, and registration fees. Buyer/bidder is responsible for paying any sales tax at the time of delivery. Subject to ‘Terms of Sale' and auction policies according to Auctioneer and officials of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, including payment of full purchase price prior to receipt. Winning bidder/buyer must take delivery of vehicle from designated Cadillac dealer nearest their home, or as otherwise instructed by auction administrators, must be 18 or older, in possession of a valid U.S. driver's license, and must qualify for terms of any applicable lease. Dealer shall solely designate available vehicles including make, model, color and options, for winning bidder/buyers selection, that is currently in designated dealer's stock of inventory. Winning bidder/buyer is responsible for any lease/purchase costs on selected vehicle that exceed $22,435. If lease/purchase cost of selected vehicle is under $22,435, winning bidder/buyer will not be awarded the difference between the actual cost and $22,435. Dealer reserves the right to offer an alternate model year (i.e. 2007 or 2009), if 2008 model is unavailable at the time of delivery. Auction item is non-transferable, except at sponsor's sole discretion. No cash redemption or substitution allowed. Certificate must be redeemed by 2/28/09, or is void.
