8 Guests will be escorted by limo to dine with three Italian Americans who really know their stuff: Michael Vito D'Andrea, Mark Randazzo and Steve Martorano! Be treated like the Godfather of Miami as you eat your way through the evening!  

• Carey Limo will transport the guests to each restaurant site. (1 stop pickup/return)
• First stop is Randazzo's where Chef Mark will dish up appetizers and salad. Hands down the most colorful restaurant in Miami, Randazzo's Italian Restaurant stands proud and loudly proclaims to be one of the best. Located right by Miracle Mile, this charismatic little spot embodies all that is the Little Italy culture of Chicago. Randazzo's is all about attitude and details and the owner creates an atmosphere fitting of his Little Italy upbringing.
• Next, you will be whisked over to Macaluso's to feast on Chef Michael's pastas and meatballs. Michael was the 2005 Festival "dueling meatball" winner! This restaurant epitomizes the Italians' love for -- and mastery of -- savory, plentiful, down-home Staten Island-style food. While the storefront restaurant is intimate and demure in nature, there's nothing delicate about the bold mix of flavors in every meat and pasta dish here.
• Finally, Chef Steve will top the evening off with an entrée and dessert at Cafe Martorano. Rarely will you find a dining experience like Café Martorano, a family-style Italian restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Florida People wait for a table for upward of 2 hours because the restaurant accepts no reservations and can get away with it. Dining here is like being at a big, fat, Italian wedding, where eating, drinking, and dancing are paramount.
