Your membership will include a fitness facility orientation, followed by two one-on-one sessions with a trainer. Try our group exercise classes and enjoy spacious locker rooms with steam, sauna and towel service. As a 3-month member, you’ll also receive member discounts for all JCC Rockland programs and events.
