From the artist: "On a hot summer afternoon in Kyoto, Japan, I purchased my first set of watercolors in a store called "Painted Cloud." After that, it was simply really listening to my inner voice." Ms. Rabin has studied art in Umbria, Italy and the Art Students League in New York City. She has painted in Asia and Europe, and now has her studio in Nyack.
