Often, interactive exercises are marginalized as “icebreakers” or only used on group “teambuilding” days. This three hour workshop exposes participants to the Teen Empowerment model of interactive facilitation methods, and to the ability these methods have to make meetings more dynamic and constructive.

This workshop is relevant for anyone who conducts meetings, whether they are staff or board meetings, trainings, group supervision, or coalition meetings.

The minimum number of participants in this workshop is 5…so please think of 4 other people in your professional and/or personal life who would also benefit from learning how to make meetings more effective.
