The Craig family along with Swanson Vineyards in Oakville have donated a "Hairif Tasting" for up to eight guests. You'll taste a delightful assortment of their current vintage wines, along with a small batch of unattainable wines known as the Salon Selections, all perfectly paired with individual plates of Swanson wild caviar, artisinal cheeses and curried chocolate bonbons. These eight coveted seats offer guests an opportunity to relate to wine and one another in an unrushed atmosphere with attentive hospitality heretofore unknown in traditional tasting venues.
