Joyce Emerle is a graduate of Holyoke Community College where she received an Associates Degree in Art.  Her main focus was in painting and fine arts photography.  For the past seven years, Emerle has had a studio at the Indian Orchard Mills which enabled her to place her paintings in their bi-annual shows.  Her work has been shown throughout the Pioneer Valley and Connecticut.  As of this year, she has had a studio in her home and is teaching watercolor classes.
