Catherine and Genevieve Cremaldi, mother and daughter team, (Fahy - green room) of Cremaldi's Cambridge, MA, offer a one night private cooking class for 6 adults (6-9 p.m.) The class will feature 3-4 dishes that every parent should have in their cooking repertoire,  The class will also include a lively discussion of what to cook for your children.  At the end of the evening the class will enjoy all of the prepared dishes teamed with the appropriate wine selections.  Each member of the class will receive copies of the recipes and a signed copy of the Cremaldi Cookbook.
