The Jade Room has made a set of coasters out of recycled National Geographic magazines as well as a beautiful local-seasonal food guide, which includes original water colors of fruits and vegetables available in New England, as well as information about their availability. The Jade Room has created two guides--a fruit guide and a vegetable guide, each with six coasters in a hand-made, recycled box. Each of the two Sustainable food packages will have a sustainable seafood guide, two books written by prize-winning author Carl Safina (Song of the Blue Ocean and Eye of the Albatross) and a $25 gift certificate from Fishmonger in Huron Village.
