The children of the purple room, with help from some of the parents have created a beautiful 74 by 76 inch quilt. It is made from 100% cotton batik fabric with a light weight cotton batting. Each child was given a fabric square which they decorated with paints, fabric pens and then sewed on their own buttons! They were amazing and surprised us all by their ability and eagerness to participate in all aspects of the quilt project.
