This charming tilt hat, common in the late 1930s and early 1940s, is made in beige and brown velvet and accented with velvet buttons.  Original latpin also in brown.  The back is sculpted in a charming bow shape.  Label reads 'Blum's Vogue Chicago'.  Very good condition.
