LEMI offers a highly anticipated, once-a-year, three day training seminar in several Scholar projects„¢. This seminar gives parents and teachers the skills they need to turn their children into true scholars. The scholar projects are uniquely designed to equip the young scholar with the scholar skills and abilities needed for scholarship.

After the 3 day training, the mentor-in-training receives eight months of bi-monthly phone conference mentoring. These conference calls are the equivalent of advanced college level instructions in philosophy and education. They give guidance and support to mentors during the teaching year and helps them to make the transformation from the common educational philosophies of today to the leadership model. Past guest on these calls have been Dr.Oliver DeMille, Dr. Julie Earl and John Taylor Gatto.
