Description
Cord amber color necklace. This necklace is handmade by the women of Kandahar. It is composed of a silky, sturdy, weighty, black cord wrapped many times to form the base of the necklace. The large amber colored beads are hand drilled and polished. The circular pattern on the silver disc is individually etched and carved. This pattern on the disc is thought to bring the wearer good luck.

Item will be available for pick-up at the Spring Benefit Auction on Thursday, April 17, 2008 at PS 51. If winning bidder is NOT available to pick-up item on that date, please designate someone to pick-up for you. If you need to have the item shipped, winning bidder is responsible for all Shipping and Handling fees. This amount will be added to the winning bid if shipping is required. Items will be shipped from zip code 10036 via UPS or FedEx Ground (when available) unless overnight shipping (at Bidder's expense) is requested.
