Description
Spiral disc and Turquoise beaded, this necklace is handmade in the Indian Village of Kandahar. It has hundreds of individually drilled turquoise beads wrapped on a wire then twisted around the cord that serves as the base. The clasp has a genuine antique Indian silver coin that dates back to 1951. The silver disc is carved by hand using an etching tool and is meant to symbolize good luck.

Item will be available for pick-up at the Spring Benefit Auction on Thursday, April 17, 2008 at PS 51. If winning bidder is NOT available to pick-up item on that date, please designate someone to pick-up for you. If you need to have the item shipped, winning bidder is responsible for all Shipping and Handling fees. This amount will be added to the winning bid if shipping is required. Items will be shipped from zip code 10036 via UPS or FedEx Ground (when available) unless overnight shipping (at Bidder's expense) is requested.
