Wine Cellar (1) is comprised of 2 champagnes and 23 wines (17 red, 5 white, 1 rosé) including a 1998 Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brut, 2005 Cakebread Cellars, Napa Valley Chardonnay, 2005 Domaine Drouhin, Pinot Noir, 1996 Corton Blanc, Domaine Parent, Grand Cru (full bodied white burgundy), 2006 Chateau de Selle, Domaines Ott, Provence Rosé, 2005 de Ladoucette, Pouilly-Fumé, and many more, all donated by Lycée families.
