On the water of Lake Sunapee - on an inlet off the main lake so it is quiet. Basement with big screen TV and Pool Table and fooz ball, Hot tub outside. Grassy, open backyard that leads right to the lake; a swingset, and a little sandy beachy area as well as a dock (people can fish here). Because it is on a "finger" of the lake, it is a very safe swimming area (it is in a "no wake" zone). Out in the water there is a floating dock and water trampoline. 2 kayaks available for use and hiking trails nearby. Sheets, towels, laundry all provided.
