Looking for a casual but fun dinner out?  You need to try Coyote’s Mexican Cantina which opened up on Laurel in San Carlos last May.  http://www.coyotescantina.com/ Tasty food, wonderful atmosphere (with an outdoor patio area which is great in the summer), and a full bar!  The owner is a great guy (hey, he donated to this auction didn’t he) and you will probably meet him when you go.  If you don’t win this bid, I would still encourage you to try this restaurant!
